Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by SEOMNIA – FZCO (operating as REOMNIA) to clients engaging through www.reomnia.com or directly. By booking a service, you accept these terms.
2. Services
REOMNIA provides the following services under its UAE trade licence:
— Advisory & Consulting — HR strategy, AI transformation, organisational performance
— Workshops — facilitated sessions for teams and leadership groups
— Programs — multi-session capability-building engagements
— Retreats — immersive off-site experiences
— Coaching — individual and group coachings
The specific scope, format, and deliverables are defined in a separate proposal or service agreement.
3. Contract Formation
A contract is formed upon written or electronic confirmation by REOMNIA. Proposals are non-binding until confirmed.
4. Fees and Payment
Payment for all services is required in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. Prices are communicated during consultation and vary based on the service or package selected. Full payment is due prior to the start of any service, unless otherwise arranged. Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Clients in the DACH region or EU may be subject to local VAT obligations.
5. Cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to selma@reomnia.com:
— More than 14 days before commencement: full refund
— 7–14 days before commencement: 50% of agreed fee is due
— Less than 7 days before commencement: 100% of agreed fee is due
No refund is available for digital products or services already fully delivered.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, methodologies, and content provided by REOMNIA remain the intellectual property of SEOMNIA – FZCO. Clients may use materials for internal purposes only. Reproduction or commercialisation requires prior written consent.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during an engagement confidential. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly known or must be disclosed by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
REOMNIA's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data, including health and contact details, will be stored securely and used exclusively for providing the services. We will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, unless required by law
10. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Coaching, consulting, and advisory services provide professional guidance. REOMNIA does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Results depend on the engagement and effort of the client.
11. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide honest and accurate information about their health, goals, and preferences to ensure our services are appropriate and effective. If there are any changes to your health or availability, please notify us promptly.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. For clients in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless applicable law provides otherwise for EU consumers.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be informed of significant changes via email or other means. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
