As REOMNIA provides services to individuals in the EEA, GDPR applies pursuant to Art. 3(2) GDPR.

2. Data We Collect, Why, and On What Basis

2.1 Website visits

IP address (anonymised), browser type, access time, and referral URL — for technical operation and security only. Legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Providing this data is not a contractual requirement; without it, the website cannot be accessed.

2.2 Contact enquiries

Name, email address, and message content — to respond to your enquiry. Providing this data is voluntary; without it, we cannot respond.

2.3 Service bookings and contracts

To fulfil service contracts, we collect: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, company information (B2B), and — where direct debit is selected — bank account details.

Providing this data is required to deliver the service. Bank data is processed solely for payment processing and is not stored beyond what is legally required.

2.4 Coaching and consulting sessions

Information shared during sessions is confidential and used solely for the purpose of the engagement. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 5).

2.5 Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your name and email address to send you relevant updates about REOMNIA's services, events, and insights. Your explicit consent via double opt-in. Subscription is voluntary. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in every newsletter or by emailing selma@reomnia.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

3. Third-Party Services and Processors

We share data only where necessary to deliver our services. Current processors:

— Scheduling tool (e.g. Calendly) — appointment booking

— Newsletter tool (e.g. Mailchimp / Brevo) — email communication

— Payment processor — details provided at point of transaction

We do not sell personal data. We do not use data for automated advertising.

4. Social Media Plugins — Instagram and LinkedIn

Our website uses social plugins from Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) and LinkedIn (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company).

When you visit a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of Instagram or LinkedIn. As SEOMNIA – FZCO is based in Dubai, UAE, data processing involves transfer to a third country outside the EEA. Safeguards in place include Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification where applicable.

You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by emailing selma@reomnia.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

Right to lodge a complaint: You may contact the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

7. Retention

Contact and enquiry data: until the matter is resolved. Contract and billing data: in line with statutory retention periods (typically 7 years). Bank data: deleted immediately after payment is processed, unless retention is legally required. Coaching session data: deleted or anonymised upon completion. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.

8. Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies are set for website functionality without consent. Optional cookies (analytics, marketing, social plugins) require your prior consent via our cookie banner. You may manage or withdraw cookie consent at any time via your browser settings or our cookie banner.
